How it works
Ordering a unique piece of personalised pop art is very simple and quick to do.

Decide which original pop art style you like, before choosing the size and finish of the printed artwork. Proceed to checkout and upload or send your photograph to Pop God to use for your own unique artwork. |

Pop God will hand draw your own custom pop art portrait and send it via email for your approval - at this point you may make amendments if you wish, before giving Pop God your approval to proceed with printing. |

How long will my personalised portrait take?
Pop God will endevour to get your personalised pop art to you as soon as possible. Generally, from the moment you send Pop God the photograph to the day the finished artwork arrives will be around 14 days. Please be aware these lead times can be longer during busy times of year, such as the run up to Christmas, but if you would like to find out a accurate current lead time please contact us.
Pop God will hand draw your pop art portrait within 7 days and will email you a proof for your approval, or amendment, immediately. At this point we will not continue the order process until you have given us your approval, at which point we will print the personalised portrait onto canvas or whatever material you have chosen before packaging it securely and sending it via our reliable couriers. We will inform you by email when we have dispatched your final printed artwork and you can expect it to arrive within 2-3 business days.
How can I pay for my artwork?
There are several ways to pay for your personalised portrait. The easiest and simplest method is to order and pay for your portrait through our secure online payment gateway - here you will be able to use Visa, Mastercard, Debit cards and Paypal to pay.
You can also arrange to pay via BACS. If you require to use either of these methods please contact us to arrange payment. Please note that this method may incur some delay as we must process the payment before beginning the artwork.
Quick turn around orders
Pop God does offer a rush order service if you require the custom artwork very quickly. If you require this service please contact us immediately to discuss your requirements but please note there will be additional charges for this service.
How is my personalised artwork costed?
There are two charges which are taken into account when costing our personalised pop art portraits. Firstly there is the fee for the design of your portrait. This fee is different for each of the pop art styles due to the complexity of each design. The other fee that combines with the design fee is for the printing you have chosen for your finished artwork - again this is differs depending on material and size.
However the price policy at Pop God is very simple, as the total cost will be clearly highlighted when you have chosen your selected pop art style and finish.
Sending us your photos
Pop God offers different methods to send us your photos. The easiest and quickest method which will allow us to get straight on with your personalised pop art is uploading the file - once you have decided what style and finsh you require you will be given the opportunity to upload your chosen digital photograph file which will attach to your order.
However if you would prefer to use another method, you can send you digital photograph via email to photos@popgod.co.uk stating in the email, your name, address and order number. Otherwise you can send your photograph via post either on cd/dvd or a printed photograph (which we will be happy to scan for you, and return when we send your finished artwork) to Pop God, PO Box 5304, Brighton, BN50 8AY.
When we receive your artwork we will contact you to let you know the suitability of your photograph. If we forsee any problems with the provided photograph (please see sending us your photos page for further details) we will discuss the issues and see whether there is another photograph that you would like us to use.
Reviewing your artwork proof
Once we have hand drawn your original pop art portrait we will send via email a proof for your approval. This proof can be provided in both jpeg and pdf format which we hope all of our customers wil be able to view. However if you do not have access to the internet or email we will be happy to post a proof for your approval at no extra charge.
We will not continue the production process until we recieve your approval. At this point if you would like some colour changes on the artwork or some minor changes you are welcome to request them, which we will do at no cost and provide a further proof for your approval. As long as we continue to work on the original photograph Pop God is dedicated to creating the artwork you envisiged at the beginning.
Receiving your artwork
Once your design is approved we will proceed to print the finished pop art portrait and quickly dispatch it via our speedy couriers. Your package will require a signature but will arrive securely and in perfect condition within 2-3 days of dispatch.
