How do I order a Pop God personalised portrait?
Pop Gods order process is very simple and completely online. First select the pop art style you wish your photograph to be transformed into by following the link to the chosen style page. You will then be asked to select what size you wish your finished personalised pop art to be printed at, as well as what surface (e.g. canvas) and any additional features you wish included in the design. Once you have chosen your specification just add the selection to your shopping basket and proceed to checkout, where you will be given the opportunity to upload your photograph or send to us via other means. What happens once I have ordered my personalised artwork?
Once you have ordered your personalised pop art portrait, Pop God will begin by hand illustrating your artwork from your photograph in the style you have chosen. Once the design has been completed you will receive a proof of the design for your approval or amendment (usually sent via email). When you are completely happy with the design, give Pop God your approval and we will print and frame the final design on your chosen surface (e.g. canvas) before delivering it to your door in plenty of protective packaging. How can I pay for my personalised pop art?
The easiest and quickest method to pay is via our secure online payment system, which accepts most major debit and credit cards as well as payment through your paypal account. We also accept bank transfer (BACS) but please contact us for our bank details.
When do I pay for my personalised pop art portrait?
You must pay for your complete purchase at the beginning before Pop God begins any illustration of your artwork. The simple order process allows you to make all the necessary decisions before we begin the artwork process and as such Pop God must receive full payment before commencing work. Regardless of whether you choose to finally have the finished print or not, you will be required to pay the design fee for our artists to actually illustrate your photograph.
Can I order a Pop God portrait via telephone or email?
We do accept orders via telephone and email if you prefer to order via either of these methods - visit our contact us page for details of how to get in touch. However, payment must be received before we commence work on your personalised design and the quickest method to pay is via our online shop. If ordering via either of these methods we will require payment via bank transfer (BACS) and we will provide you with our bank details once we have received your order.
What is the finished artwork printed on?
Your finished pop art portrait can be printed on a choice of 4 different surfaces. The majority of our customers have their new artwork printed on our high quality canvas, which we provide either with gallery wrapped edges or white edges. Alternatively if you wish to frame your art yourself we also offer artist quality satin photographic paper - which will arrive in a roll.
However our newest and most exciting addition to our range is our ability to print onto crystal clear plastic (Acrylic/Perspex) which gives your image a truly modern finish and looks like it has been printed straight onto glass and our Aluminium Box prints which are directly printed onto aluminium for a premium finish unlike any other. During the order process you will be given the option to print onto any of these surfaces.
How do I send Pop God my photograph?
There are 3 ways you can send Pop God your photograph for use in your personalised portrait. Firstly, you will be given the opportunity at checkout to upload your digital photograph to our secure server, which is the fastest method and will allow Pop God to get cracking straight away on your design. Alternatively you can email your digital photograph to photos@popgod.co.uk, or post you printed hardcopy of the photograph (which we will scan and send back along with the finished artwork) to Pop God, PO Box 5304, Brighton, BN50 8AY. You must also remember to state your name, address and order number if you choose to email or post your photograph to us.
Can you check my photograph before I place an order?
Pop God will be happy to check the suitability of your photograph before you order. Just send the photograph you wish to use for your own personalised portrait to photos@popgod.co.uk along with details of which style you think you'll order and any other additional information. We will review your photograph as quickly as possible and get back informing you of whether we will be able to work with the photograph.
Do you accept printed photographs to work from?
Yes we do. Once you have ordered you personalised pop art - either online or via one of the other methods, just send your chosen photograph to Pop God, PO Box 5304, Brighton, BN50 8AY and we will scan the original before digitally hand drawing your personalised portrait in the style you have ordered. Once we have finished with your printed photograph and completed the order we will send the original back to you along with your finished print.
I have a special requirement, what should I do?
Pop God loves to give the customer exactly what they want and each person has a slightly different perspective on what they want from their personalised artwork. If you have a special requirement which you would like to incorporate into the design of your pop art please contact us and we will happily do everything within our power to include it in the design. Please bear in mind that some special requirements may have additional fees added to the final cost to accommodate any additional artworking or printing. Do you cater for trade/corporate customers?
Yes, Pop God has dealt with numerous trade customers. Whether you are a interior designer requiring some modern and fun canvasses for a particular space or a corporate client in need of a gift for an employee, Pop God can deliver exactly what you need. Get in touch with Pop God at your earliest convenience to discuss what you had in mind and we will consider any trade discount dependant on the size and complexity of the order.
What if I change my mind?
In the unlikely event that you decide that you do not want to complete your order, you may contact Pop God and under our discretion we may refund a proportion of the cost dependant upon what work has already been completed. If you have received your approval proof and subsequently decide that you do not want the finished print you must contact Pop God immediately to stop the production process. In this instance we will refund the cost of the printing - as long as it has not happened yet - but will retain a certain amount of the cost, which we will inform you of, to cover the cost of hand illustrating your design.
If you have decided that you do not want the final artwork printed because you do not like the colours or wish minor amendments to the design, just contact Pop God with the revisions you wish (within reason) as this is part of the approval process and we will be happy to amend the design and resubmit for your approval rather than cancelling the order.

How much is delivery?
Pop God is delighted to announce that all delivery to the UK mainland is completely free. Each personalised pop art portrait will be quickly dispatched within plenty of protective packaging free of charge to all of our UK mainland customers.
Customers in Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses and Republic of Ireland will incur a small additional charge for delivery. Do you deliver internationally?
